  As an architect specialized in modern work technologies, we help our customers implement and adopt successfully our cloud technologies.

  Initially dedicated in the Spanish Customer Success Unit and now in the Global Delivery team, I focus on:

  • Low code solutions with the Power Platform, Dataverse and Dynamics.
  • Teams as a platform: custom solutions built in Teams, like integration of third party applications, bots, connectors, etc
  • Developer and integration tools, like Microsoft Graph, PowerShell and Azure services like Automation accounts, Logic Apps, etc.

  Core responsibilities include demonstrating the art of the possible, designing adoption strategies, designing and reviewing solution architectures.

  Formerly known as Premier Field Engineer, PFE, this was the natural evolution from a support role. I kept working with partners and Enterprise customers helping them realize the full capacity of their SharePoint farms, as well as optimize their performance with health checks, work groups and dedicated time with customers.

  CEs provide technical leadership for our customers, so ramping up the knowledge of customers is also a big part of this role, delivering workshops across EMEA, both on-site and online.

  Products supported during this time were Modern Workplace related: SharePoint Online and On-Premises and Office 365, all of these with a special focus on developer experiences and supporting our customers migrate their on-prem custom solutions to the cloud.
